  • The company has signed an agreement with the "la Caixa" Foundation to include people at risk of exclusion in its recruitment processes.
  • The agreement was signed at a ceremony held at CaixaForum Madrid, attended by Cristina Segura Talavera, Director of the Social Inclusion Department of the "la Caixa" Foundation, and Juan José Guajardo-Fajardo, Director of HR, Marketing and Communication at Logista.

Logista, one of Europe's largest logistics operators, has signed a collaboration agreement with the "la Caixa" Foundation to form part of its Incorpora programme, which aims to promote the social and occupational integration of people at risk of exclusion. This initiative also offers a post-recruitment follow-up to support adaptation to new positions of employment.

Through this agreement, Logista will offer a series of jobs to the Incorpora programme of the "la Caixa" Foundation, which will carry out a pre-selection of candidates it considers suitable and who will become part of the company's regular selection processes.

The signing of the agreement took place at CaixaForum Madrid and was attended by Eduardo Amador Martín and Davide Di Natale from CaixaBank CIB, together with Cristina Segura Talavera, Director of the Social Inclusion Department of the "la Caixa" Foundation, Albert Gendrau Girbau, Head of Corporate Services of the Incorpora Programme, and Juan José Guajardo-Fajardo Villada, Logista’s Human Resources, Marketing and Communication Manager.

Juan José Guajardo-Fajardo, Director of HR, Marketing and Communication at Logista highlighted that: "Through this agreement, we take another step forward in our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility and the inclusion of people in vulnerable situations in the workplace, as we set our objectives as a company in our ESG social plan".

Cristina Segura, director of the Social Inclusion Department of the "la Caixa" Foundation stated that: social inclusion and the management of diversity are a priority, and having a job is a first step towards achieving this inclusion. This alliance between the Incorpora programme and Logista provides opportunities for socio-occupational integration and professional development that foster the progress of individuals and society.

One of the main aims of the Incorpora programme is to build bridges between companies and social entities dedicated to labour integration in order to create a climate of collaboration and create opportunities for people in vulnerable employment situations. With the formalisation of this collaboration, Logista joins the network of companies that collaborate with the Incorpora programme because they value the talent of people at risk of social exclusion and are committed to equal opportunities and non-discrimination.
